Patient should call their pharmacy for a refill. If you have not been seen in our office recently, you may be asked to come in for a brief appointment. We want to see you to ensure the prescription is still the most prudent course of action. We know it can be an inconvenience to come in — especially if you’ve been on the medicine for a long time.
But competent patient care is our number one priority and the only way to give that is to meet briefly to ensure the medication still makes sense, is still the most effective, and is not causing any side effects. Prescriptions are refilled during normal business hours only. We do not refill medications on holidays, weekends, or after regular business hours.
